Dr Daniel K. Seddoh is an accomplished Chartered Accountant with a first-rate understanding of marketing philosophy. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation Ghana. He had his professional teeth cut in KPMG and his employment history is deeply rooted in the financial services sector – pensions, insurance, banking, finance and leasing among others. Daniel’s relationship with the insurance industry covers over two decades. He is an adjunct lecturer in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management at Pentecost University College Graduate Business School. He previously lectured in marketing at the Graduate Business School of the Central University College. He was the former Chief Executive Officer of the National Pensions Regulatory Authority. He was a Board Member and the Audit Committee Chairman for Universal Merchant Bank for four (4) years and also served as the Managing Director during the bank’s transitional period. He served as the Board Chairman for Allterrain Services Limited, (a hospitality company which operates in over ten (10) countries across Africa.
Dr Seddoh’s formal education took him through the Manchester Business School for his Master’s in Business Administration and University of Bradford for his doctorate in business administration, all in the United Kingdom. Dr Seddoh is currently occupied with making sense out of business issues and communicating his conclusions to business leaders in the simplest possible manner. – He is a consultant in knowledge management. He serves as the Board Chairman for both Millennium Insurance Company Limited (privately owned insurance company in Ghana) and Appointed Time Screen Printing Company Limited. He is also a Non-Executive Director of Databank Money Fund Limited.
